I paid for next day shipping, but my order didn't show up.

Fantastic Support and super simple to handle, any problems get resolved fast and effectively to keep disruptions to a minimum.

I placed my order at 1am on September 3rd, opting for next day delivery before 10:30am, so it was supposed to arrive on the 4th by that time. But it never showed up. I had air conditioning technicians scheduled to do their work, but they couldn't proceed because the pump was missing. I called three times about this, and honestly, I was taken aback when the phone was answered with just a "Hello" instead of a proper greeting like 'Good morning, Kooltech.' I was informed that the finance director picked up the call, but that shouldn't really matter. What was important was that they couldn't locate my order using the reference number I provided, and each person I spoke to seemed clueless. I asked for a refund of the £25 delivery fee since I didn't get it the next day (not even by 10:30). So far, no refund has come through, and if it doesn't happen soon, I'll initiate a full chargeback through AMEX. Sales Order: 0011/00007692 / Reference: WEB6571 / Order Number: 011/103227. Maybe if there weren't three different reference numbers for the orders, they could find them more easily?

Now that my order has been refunded, I've bumped my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Still, it's only a 3 because I shouldn't have had to chase this down for a refund, and I still had two air conditioning guys who wasted their trip.

The delivery took place in several stages, and we weren't informed ahead of time, which led to some problems on site.

I made an online order and got my stuff delivered in no time. Everything I purchased was just fine, no issues at all.

All good things to say about KOOLTECH!!! I've been collaborating with Jason and the team at KOOLTECH since we kicked off our business six years ago.
